Very prompt, very customer service oriented and able to contact! I have had 2 previously bad experiences with designers in the last 3 years so needless to say I was very cautious when I approached the guys at Sinclair Maxwell to take over my web site and redesign it. The staff responded within a few hours (no more than 2 business days, which is fine considering I know they have multiple projects going at once) and always addressed any concerns or revisions I needed.
